Item Availability - Online Inventory

Buckeye Surf & Snow tries very hard to insure that any items you may order will be available at the time of your order. However, there may be occasions when an item you have ordered, may be temporarily out of stock.

If this ever happens, we will email you to let you know. We will provide you with details on when your items will be available and sent to you. On most occasions a backordered item will arrive at our online warehouse between 2-5 business days depending on the particular item or supplier. In the unlikely event this back ordered period will be a considerable length of time (more than 21 days) we will contact you to ask you what you would like to do.

Shipping

Buckeye Surf & Snow ships orders by Purolator and Canada Post from Monday to Friday. All orders received by 10:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped that same day (depending on stock availability).

All U.S. orders are shipped by Canada Post - U.S.A. Expedited Parcel or XpressPost. Depending on which Province you reside in, the shipping times may vary. On average the total shipping time is 5-7 business days.

To avoid any delays and additional charges for shipping, Please ensure that you select the correct shipping method for your country and province or territory at the time of your order. If an order is received with an incorrect shipping method & charge, we will contact you to discuss the additional shipping costs that may be owing (if any).

Our Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may return the item to us for either an exchange or full refund (minus the shipping) on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of original purchase. All sale items are final.

If you have something you would like to return, simply call us at (705) 738-WAVE (9283) or contact us using our contact form with a full description and reason for your exchange or return. Please remember to include your order number & telephone number so we can contact you. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES from December 26th to December 31st.
