We refund or exchange any merchandise (in new, unworn condition) with a copy of the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. All refunds must be processed to the original payment method or for store credit only. If you can not visit us in store, you must contact us via phone or email within the 14 days to make other arrangements.
Goods sold at a discount of 30% or greater are considered final sale. If product is in new condition, goods can be EXCHANGED for a different sizes or colours. Goods cannot be exchanged for greater discount.
These policies apply to in store and online purchases. For online purchases within Canada, the onus is on the customer to pay shipping to return the items to our store, and we will pay to send you the exchanged product. However, this is a one time, per order, arrangement. If there are any further exchanges to the same order, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping both ways.
Any refunds for online purchased must be completed within 14 days of the customer receiving the product, and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping on the product. The refund will be processed once we have received the returned product and inspected its condition.
