1. What do I need to reserve a boat?
All we require to reserve a boat is your full name, your phone #, and a valid credit card #.  This will hold the reservation for you. We do not charge your credit card at the time of reservation, however we do require 24 hours notice of cancellation.

2. What kind of deposit is required?
At the time of the rental, we require a deposit via credit card. The cardholder MUST be present to sign for the damage deposit. The renter is responsible for ANY damage incurred during the rental period.  We refund the entire deposit if the boat is returned in the same condition as when it left.  See our Terms page for more details.

The deposits are as follows:

Pontoon Boats $1000
Jet Skis (Waverunners) $1500
Fishing Boats $250
Stand Up Paddleboards $500
Kayak or Canoe $500
Skis, Tubes ect Full replacement value

3. Can I purchase additional insurance?
The renter is responsible for ANY damage incurred during the rental period. If you wish to purchase additional coverage we suggest the following:

  • Check with your credit card provider, as often they offer insurance as long as the rental is made on their credit card.
  • Contact your car/home insurance company, many policies allow for additional coverage for the duration of the rental as a rider on your existing insurance policy.

The best thing is to simply treat your rental with care, as though it was your own, and refrain from using it in water where you don't know how shallow it is.  Most people return their rental without any damage and receive their entire deposit back.

4. I don't have a boaters license?
Not to worry!  All we require is a valid Drivers License and renters can complete a Boaters Safety Checklist (Canadian Coast Guard Approved) which acts as a temporary boating license for the duration of the rental.

5. What is included in the rental?
Our jet ski and boat rentals include all required safety equipment to ensure the boat is legal, including life jackets at the approved rental capacity of the boat.  All of our Jet Skis are 3 seaters, which means they are legal for pulling a tube, wakeboarder or waterskier, assuming you have a driver and a spotter on the Jet Ski at the time.

6. What does a rental day consist of?
A rental day begins at 8:00am and the boat must be returned no later than 5:30pm on the end date of the rental. Failure to return the boat by 5:30 will result in a $1/minute late fee.
*Shoulder season rental days (Post Labor Day) start at 10:00am and end at 5:00pm.

7. Do you deliver?
We are located on the river on Pigeon Lake. We can deliver JetSkis (Waverunners), Pontoon Boats and Fishing Boats for a rental of at least 2 days. Delivery fees are based on location and we can quote you once we know your location. You are more than welcome to take our boats through the Trent Severn system, as the renter you are responsible for any locking fees.  We can also provide the boat or Jet Ski on a trailer for you to take behind your own vehicle, provided you have an appropriate trailer hitch.

8. What Are Our Contractual Obligations?
Please visit our Terms of Rental page and ensure that you are willing to agree to the terms. You agree to be bound by these terms when you sign the rental agreement. They are for the protection of us all, and to ensure that the next to rent the equipment are treated fairly (for example, to ensure you return the rental on time so that it is ready for the next rental customers.)
