How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may return the item to us in perfect, unused condition for either an exchange or gift card on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of original purchase. All sale items are final.
You must pay the shipping charges to return the items to us at the address listed below. See "Warranty Returns or Exchanges" below as well.
If you have something you would like to return, simply call us at (705) 738-WAVE (9283) or contact us using our contact form with a full description and reason for your exchange or return. Please remember to include your order number & telephone number so that we can contact you. We will review it and issue an RMA # to you.
There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES processed from December 26th to December 31st.
Please ship items to the following address once you have received an RMA# from us via Telephone or Email.
Returns that do not have a valid RMA# specified on the package will NOT be accepted.
Of course you can always bring the product into our store in person - just bring your receipt with you!

Warranty Returns or Exchanges
If you want to return or exchange a product such as a Towable that is still under warranty, there are special procedures dictated by the Manufacturers.
Contact us as specified above and include your Order Number, Name, Date of Purchase, Exact Product Name and the nature of the problem. Typically the Manufacturer will require proof of damage before they will authorize the return or exchange, and we will provide instructions at that time for you to provide such proof.
Do NOT ship the item to us without contacting us to get proper instructions. We will not accept the return without a valid RMA# issued by us.
